If you already have content (like text, images, logos), that’s great — I’ll help you organise and present it professionally. If not, I can help you write your content or source quality images. Basic copy writing, logo design and content support can be added to any package if needed.

Is hosting and a domain name included?
Hosting and domain names aren’t included by default, but I’m happy to help you set them up or recommend trusted providers. I also offer affordable hosting and care plans, so you don’t have to worry about the technical side of things after launch.

Can I request changes during the project?
Yes! All packages include at least one round of design revisions (more with higher packages), so you’ll have the chance to review the site and request changes before it goes live. My goal is to make sure you’re happy with both the look and functionality of your website. I’ll guide you through the process clearly and keep things flexible without dragging the project on.

Can I edit the website myself after it's finished?

That’s completely fine — many of my clients aren’t sure where to start. I offer free, no-pressure consultations where we can talk through your business, your goals, and what kind of website would work best for you. From there, I’ll recommend a package or a custom quote to suit your needs and budget.

Do you offer e-commerce or online shops?
Yes — my Pro Site (or custom) package includes WooCommerce setup for selling products or services online. I’ll set up your shop, product pages, payments, and make sure everything is secure and easy to manage. How does payment work?
To secure your booking, I require a 50% deposit before any design work begins. The remaining balance is due either upon completion of the project or 4 weeks after the start date — whichever comes first. This helps keep projects on track and ensures a smooth timeline for both of us. I’ll provide a clear invoice and schedule up front, so there are no surprises.
