Hosting and domain names aren’t included by default, but I’m happy to help you set them up or recommend trusted providers. I also offer affordable hosting and care plans, so you don’t have to worry about the technical side of things after launch.

Can I request changes during the project?
Yes! All packages include at least one round of design revisions (more with higher packages), so you’ll have the chance to review the site and request changes before it goes live. Can I edit the website myself after it's finished?

What if I’m not sure what I need?
That’s completely fine — many of my clients aren’t sure where to start. I offer free, no-pressure consultations where we can talk through your business, your goals, and what kind of website would work best for you. From there, I’ll recommend a package or a custom quote to suit your needs and budget.

Do you offer e-commerce or online shops?
Yes — my Pro Site (or custom) package includes WooCommerce setup for selling products or services online. How does payment work?
To secure your booking, I require a 50% deposit before any design work begins. The remaining balance is due either upon completion of the project or 4 weeks after the start date — whichever comes first. This helps keep projects on track and ensures a smooth timeline for both of us. I’ll provide a clear invoice and schedule up front, so there are no surprises.
